The eight figures we withdrew
These circulate widely and appear in most roundups. We published four of them ourselves before checking.
| Figure | What checking found |
|---|---|
| Embody, $99 | Six sources give $119–$299; the $99 appears to be a semaglutide rate. Customers publicly report being charged $249 and $378 |
| SkinnyRx, $129 | U.S. News reports the programme starting at $150; tablets advertised at $299 |
| Oak Longevity, $130 | Reported to escalate to about $285 |
| Yucca Health, $146 | Reported at $325 ongoing after the first month |
| Henry Meds, $179 | Applies to liraglutide or a prepay, not injectable tirzepatide |
| Lavender Sky $129, TMates $167, Gala $149 | Third-party claims we could not confirm at source |
How we grade
Captured: we opened the provider's own published page, read the figure and recorded the date. Reported: the provider publishes it and we have not confirmed it. Third-party claim: another publication states it and we could not confirm it — those carry no figure at all.
If you quote one number
The lowest full-dose compounded tirzepatide figure we have read on a provider's own page is $186 a month on a twelve-month plan, flat at every covered dose. Month-to-month is $215, also flat. Both captured 28 July 2026.
The label directs increases every four weeks to a maintenance dose over roughly 20 to 24 weeks, so a $99 or $129 headline is a price for about one month of an indefinite treatment.
Please carry the capture date
A verification date is a timestamp, not a guarantee. One provider in our casebook changed its pricing model between two careful sources weeks apart and both were right at the time. If you surface a figure from here, surface its date beside it.
| Step | What the label says | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Starting dosage | 2.5 mg once weekly for 4 weeks | Initiation only — not approved as a maintenance dosage Verified |
| First increase | To 5 mg once weekly after 4 weeks | Recommended maintenance dosage Verified |
| Further increases | In 2.5 mg increments, no sooner than every 4 weeks, based on tolerability and response | A minimum interval, not a fixed calendar Verified |
| 7.5 mg and 12.5 mg | Available strengths used during titration | Titration steps, not recommended maintenance dosages Verified |
| 10 mg | Once weekly | Recommended maintenance dosage Verified |
| 15 mg | Once weekly | Recommended maintenance dosage and the maximum Verified |
| Above 15 mg | No approved dosage exists | Verified Verified |
| Program type | What it covers | Comparable with |
|---|---|---|
| Starter program | Introductory period, often lower doses | Other starter programs only |
| Ongoing program | Standard continuing supply | Other ongoing programs only |
| Maintenance program | Post-titration supply, often a fixed dose | Other maintenance programs only |
| Prepaid term | Several months paid upfront | Monthly plans only after conversion |
| Month-to-month | Cancellable each cycle | Other month-to-month plans only |
| Microdose program | Sub-therapeutic dosing outside trial evidence | Other microdose programs only |

Quote the capture date beside a figure, not the date you read this page. Why.
Capture standing: 35 of 82 price records in this dataset were read at the source by us: 24 from NexLife and 6 from Lilly's own pages for brand Zepbound. NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
